Giving

We believe in the Stewardship of our lives and the resources God has blessed us with as directed by Jesus, when he said in Luke 14:33,

"So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake
all that he has, cannot be My disciple."

How to give:

We give cheerfully as we clap for joy each Sunday morning and evening during our regular collection of the offering.

Tithing:

We believe that each person should practice Biblical tithing, giving back to God at least 10% of their income, through the local church as commanded in the Scriptures.
Malachi 3:10, I Corinthians 16:2

"Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try me now on this says the Lord of Hosts, If I will not open for you the windows of Heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it."

As a congregation, we practice giving tithes and offerings by giving to other ministries and missionaries 10.5% of the unrestricted offerings people give us. Our goal is to increase this percentage every year.

Offerings:

Going above and beyond the tithe, God blesses our people to be able to give additional amounts on a regular basis.

Building Fund - to cover the note payment and retire the principal.
Missions - Faith promises (if God provides, we will give) and mission trips.
Benevolence - Monthly special offering to help the food bank and others.
Other Designated - Memorials, Honorariums, Youth Ministry, College Ministry, Noah’s Ark Daycare, etc.
